So Many April Showcases!
The Arcata Arts Institute students have been creating amazing artwork and April has a full line of shows at a variety of venues to share it with the community!
Photography 1 students are showing their best photos of the year at the F Street Foto Gallery above Swanlunds in Eureka. Opening is Saturday May 7th, 6-9pm.
The best of our Cultural Self Portraits will be in the Morris Graves Museum of Art as part of Humboldt County’s Youth Arts Festival. Opening is Saturday May 7th, 6-9pm.
Everyone’s Cultural Self Portraits will be in Redwood Yogurt in Arcata for the months of April and May. Opening features AAI Music and will be Friday, April 13th, 6:30-8pm.
Yurou Hudson’s beautiful and complex photo collages will be in Wildberries for the month of April and May. Be sure to take a look on the patio next time you are there.
A show of figurative work highlighting figure drawings created in Joyce Jonte’s figure drawing class will be in the Harris Street Ramones in Eureka starting April 9th.
